Japanese pizza chef, Makoto Onishi, has been crowned best pizza maker for the second time in 4 years. The annual award was presented in Naples, where Onishi competed against 20 others, consisting mainly of local pizza chefs. Onishi originally won the award in 2003, and was the first foreigner to accomplish such a feat. At the ceremony he was quoted as saying, “to make a good pizza, the chef must be free of stress.”
