Even more food news! The buns on a new burger have been removed at Costa Yukuhashi in a business park in Yukuhashi. Before Atkin’s diet folk get excited, the buns are being replaced with noodles! It has been named the Kannana noodle burger, after the ring road that runs around Tokyo. The burger’s inventor, Koji Sadaishi, named it this as he runs a ramen restaurant alongside it. Sadaishi has also provided us with the best quote of the year with, “It’s the first of its type in the world. Don’t get into a noodle about it, just have a try.”
