Curry Museum in Yokohama to close
20th December, 2006 by manda
The Curry Museum in Yokohama is to shut its doors at the end of March 2007, even though the owner says it’s doing well. The museum opened in January 2001 in the Isezakicho district, and not only provides info on the types of curry available throughout Japan, but hosts numerous restaurants of its own. An official from the company said, “Even though it’s profitable, it has already achieved its goal of spreading the culture of curry and vitalizing the local economy”.
