    They are the new geishas! These girls are dressed up like my favourite band dir en grey [from Japan odviously]

    They are cosplaying as the Japanese Visual Kei group Dir en Grey. The one in the middle is clearly the vocalist, Kyo, above with the red hair is Die, purple hair is Kaoru, Blue is Toshiya and Top left corner would be the Drummer, Shinya.
