First glimpse of snow in Tokyo this year
17th March, 2007 by manda
While we were enjoying our cornflakes this morning, Tokyo enjoyed it’s first glimpse of some snowflakes in the Otemachi business district of Chiyoda-ku. However, the amount of snow was so small that few people even noticed when it occurred at 7am, according to the Meteorological Agency. This was also 73 days later than the average time of year for Tokyo, and yes, the photo isn’t one taken from today sadly!
