It is amazing. It is a J-E / E-J / kanji dictionary. You enter a character, and it defines it for you, with pronunciation. Provided you know hiragana and/or katakana, it's awesome. Made for Japanese speakers learning English, but I've found it invaluable in my quest to learn kanji. I recently purchased Kanji Rakubiki Jiten for my DS. It is amazing.
